How to Order Your Custom shirt.

1. When placing your order, please use the description box (exp. Name, number, school colors,) the more information the better. 

2. Size Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any sizes that do not fit. Please double-check and confirm the sizes before placing your order.

3. Photos/References: Upload all relevant photos or references above to help us understand your color scheme design vision via email.

4. Add-Ons: For additional design elements or features, search for “Add Ons.” Note that a back design is included with the purchase and is not required for varsity jackets.

5. Contact Information: At checkout, please provide a reachable phone number. This ensures we can contact you if there are any questions or clarifications needed for your order.

6.  Processing Time/Completion: Once order has been placed and details have been provided by Customer. Please allow 24-48 hours (Business Days not including weekend) for us to provide a mockup/example of your shirt prior to starting on your item. Once You have approved the example/mockup, the following day is when you item will be started. this process will take an additional 4-7 Business days (not including Weekend) to be completed and shipped.

Disclaimer: Any Images need to be transparent with a minimum DPI of 300. If you do not approve mock-up/example, we can not start on you item until this is done.
