   1. Detailed Design Instructions: In the description box, please provide as much detail as possible about your desired design. Include specifics such as colors, text, images, placement, and any other relevant details. The more information you provide, the better we can meet your expectations.

   2. Jacket Color: Be sure to choose the color of the jacket to ensure we match your vision accurately.

   3. Size Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any sizes that do not fit. Please double-check and confirm the sizes before placing your order.

   4. Photos/References: Upload all relevant photos or references above to help us understand your design vision via email.

   5. Add-Ons: For additional design elements or features, search for “Add Ons.” Note that a back design is included with the purchase and is not required for varsity jackets.

   6. Contact Information: At checkout, please provide a reachable phone number. This ensures we can contact you if there are any questions or clarifications needed for your order.

   7.  Processing Time/Completion: Once order has been placed and details have been provided by Customer. Please allow 24-48 hours (Business Days not including weekend) for us to provide a mockup/example of you jacket prior to starting on your item. Once You have approved the example/mockup, the following day is when you item will be started. this process will take an additional 4-7 Business days (not including Weekend) to be completed and shipped.

    

   All items are custom-made to order and are not limited to seniors; they are available for birthdays and other special occasions. Our goal is to provide you with personalized, high-quality varsity jackets that celebrate your achievements and milestones.
